Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Procurement Specialist to support our senior procurement team in project purchasing activities. Reporting to the Section Head and the Project Procurement Manager, the Procurement Specialist will play a vital role in liaising with various internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle procurement tasks within specified timelines and budget
  • Ensure all required information is available for inquiries
  • Prepare purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Monitor and expedite orders when necessary
  • Assist in vendor negotiations following established guidelines
  • Collaborate with senior colleagues and comply with procurement principles
  • Execute tasks in alignment with project requirements and strategies

Candidate Requirements:

  • Technical diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt
  • Ability to meet deadlines
