We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our Collections team in Solihull. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service, handling sensitive and complex situations with empathy and sympathy.
Key Responsibilities- Administer mortgage business to ensure we operate within agreed service levels requirements.
- Collate and analyze relevant information to make informed decisions, including reference to the Line Manager, to protect all interest parties from fraudulent acts.
- Use customer feedback and data to improve working practices and highlight opportunities for improvement to the customer experience.
- Take ownership of your own development, ensuring the development of skills and knowledge, whilst undertaking training opportunities.
- Minimum 5 GCSEs at grade C or above (must include Mathematics and English).
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office.
- Experience of working with direct customer interaction: either face to face or by phone.
- Previous experience working in financial services preferred.
