Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Team Member to join our team at The Met Hotel Leeds. As a Food and Beverage Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely, efficient, and knowledgeable service to guests
  • Work collaboratively with the Food and Beverage team to deliver outstanding service
  • Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied hours and shifts
