About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Team Member to join our team at The Met Hotel Leeds. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to guests, responding to their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Work collaboratively with the Food and Beverage team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our menu and beverage offerings, making recommendations to guests as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
