We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Complex Care Assistant to join our team at Advantage Healthcare Limited. As a Complex Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, helping them to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

About the Role

As a Complex Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering person-centered care and support to individuals with complex needs, including those with spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, and acquired brain injuries. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible care and support.

You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care, as well as other complex care areas. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and confidence to excel in this role.
