About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Brandon James Ltd. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects are managed effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects
- Prepare and manage project budgets and forecasts
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors
- Contribute to the development of business strategies and growth initiatives
Requirements
- RICS Accredited degree qualification
- 12+ months quantity surveying experience within a consultancy/PQS practice
- Hard working, team player
- A valid UK driving license is beneficial
- Committed to RICS and carrying out APC - if not already completed
