Property Law Specialist - The Role
The primary objective of this position is to demonstrate proficiency in the technical aspects required to deliver a high-quality and thorough conveyancing service, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction, while adhering to our accredited quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete conveyancing process from initiation to finalization, including post-completion tasks.
- Review legal titles for all freehold transactions and effectively manage all aspects of these cases.
- Review legal titles for all leasehold transactions and handle all related elements.
- Take responsibility for and manage client files.
- Draft complex correspondence of a legal nature competently.
- Meet financial objectives set for billing.
- Provide estimates for prospective clients.
- Address miscellaneous inquiries as needed.
Property Law Specialist - What We Require:
Given the demands of this role, prior experience in conveyancing is a REQUIREMENT, with the capability to begin work immediately.
The ideal candidate will possess outstanding client care abilities and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience = 5+ PQE.
- Capability to manage a varied caseload of Commercial and Residential Property files.
- Essential to independently manage your own caseload.
- Experience in Buying and Selling Freehold and Leasehold properties.
- Knowledge of Lease Extensions and Transfer of Equity.
- Proficient in handling post-completion procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally at all levels.
- Familiarity with case management systems and The Land Registry portal.
