The Role
We are seeking an experienced legal secretary or paralegal to join our support team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, prioritise tasks effectively, and communicate clearly with colleagues and clients.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with residential conveyancing, including completing required documents and searches. They will also be expected to provide excellent customer service, answer phone calls, make appointments, and meet and greet clients. Strong document production and letter writing skills are also essential.

Requirements
We are looking for a highly organised and motivated individual who is able to work under their own initiative. The ideal candidate will be a good communicator, responsible, and able to take ownership of their work. Experience in customer-facing roles and document production is desirable.
