As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a technology roadmap that supports our business growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technology Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with our business objectives and drives digital transformation.
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the management and maintenance of our technology infrastructure, including network architecture, security, and cloud services.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of technology professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, vendors, and partners, to ensure effective technology solutions.
- Cloud and Cyber Security: Develop and implement cloud and cyber security strategies to protect our organization's assets and data.
- Network Architecture: Design and implement network architecture that supports our business needs and ensures high availability and performance.
Requirements:
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with a focus on infrastructure and network technology.
- Skills: Strong technical skills, including network architecture, cloud services, and cyber security.
- Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and driving business outcomes.
- Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
