Care Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Professional to join our team in Inverness. As a Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities.
As a Disability Support Worker, you will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized support to help them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with daily life tasks, including personal care, medication, and mealtimes.
- Escort and assist individuals in and around the service, at external events, and appointments.
- Support our Person-Centred approach, encouraging maximum independence and helping individuals achieve their aspirations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
- Flexibility and creativity in working with customers and their families.
- Personal care experience is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work within rostered hours and participate in an on-call rota where required.
