We are seeking an Employee Engagement Specialist to join our team in a hybrid capacity, supporting our client in the Birchwood area of Warrington.
In this role, you will collaborate with the leadership team to create a comprehensive internal communication strategy aimed at engaging a workforce of 1700 professionals spread across 25 offices in various regions.
As the Employee Engagement Specialist, your responsibilities will include:1. Developing, maintaining, and coordinating initiatives and programs that foster employee engagement.
2. Overseeing internal communication strategies to ensure that employees are well-informed, engaged, and aligned with organizational objectives.
3. Managing internal communication platforms such as intranets and email communications.
4. Representing the organization at events for approximately 150 attendees.
5. Organizing monthly business updates, including agenda preparation, presenter coordination, and presentation materials.
6. Collaborating with HR, leadership, and other departments to facilitate engagement initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience:
1. Prior experience in a similar position, ideally within internal communications or human resources.
2. Familiarity with communication tools and platforms, such as intranet systems and email marketing solutions.
3. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint.
4. Strong time management abilities, with a focus on prioritizing tasks effectively.
5. Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with individuals at all organizational levels.
Additional Information:
Occasional travel may be necessary for off-site events.
