Financial Controller

Global People Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the complete accounting function, including monthly financial statements, reconciliations, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounting Management: Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial information, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of finance assistants, providing guidance, support, and performance management.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all financial regulations and standards.
  • Collaborative Decision Making: Work with various departments to aid in financial decision making.
  • Software Utilisation: Use Autopart/Mam and Xero for daily operations and reporting.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience: Proven experience as an Accountant, ideally with leadership or management experience.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Russian and English.
  • Eligibility: Must have the right to live and work in the UK.
