Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our dynamic team at Global People Talent Solutions. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the complete accounting function, including monthly financial statements, reconciliations, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Oversee the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure accuracy and timely financial information.
- Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance management.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all financial regulations and standards.
- Collaborative Decision Making: Work with various departments to aid in financial decision making.
- Software Utilization: Utilize accounting software, such as Autopart/Mam and Xero, for daily operations and reporting.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience as an Accountant, ideally with leadership or management experience.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Russian and English.
- Eligibility: Must have the right to live and work in the UK.
