We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our care team at a Barchester care home. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Provide safe and effective nursing care, including administering medications and delivering clinical interventions.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and ensure the highest standards of care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Current NMC registration and a good knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices.
- Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
