Senior Lettings Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Lettings Manager to join our dynamic team at Fox & Sons Estate Agents in Taunton. As a key member of our residential lettings team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving business growth, and leading a team of lettings professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a profitable and well-organized lettings office, providing an effective and efficient service to landlords and tenants.
  • Lead by example, delegating tasks and motivating your team to exceed performance standards and targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, increase market share, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Area Manager and team to achieve business objectives and support career development.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Lettings Manager, Branch Manager, or Assistant Manager, with a track record of success in a target-driven environment.
  • Excellent customer care and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Strong business acumen, with a focus on driving growth, improving efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • A Full UK driving license and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
