Senior Lettings Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Lettings Manager to join our dynamic team at Fox & Sons, part of the Connells Group.

About the Role

As a Senior Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of lettings professionals, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of lettings professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
  • Manage and maintain a profitable and well-organized office, ensuring efficient and professional lettings services to landlords and tenants
  • Motivate and develop team members, providing training and support to help them achieve their full potential
Requirements
  • Proven experience in lettings management, with a strong track record of sales success and team leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer service and sales performance
