About the Position:

As a Claims Performance Analyst, you will collaborate with a team to enhance the Claims operations by delivering insightful analysis and evaluations on performance metrics.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Transforming intricate data into clear, actionable reports to inform strategic choices;
  • Contributing significantly to transformation projects;
  • Serving as the primary contact for all Business Intelligence inquiries and boosting stakeholder understanding;
  • Working closely with essential stakeholders to ensure compliance with established processes;
  • Recognizing opportunities for enhancement and executing necessary modifications;
  • Assisting the Demand and Performance Lead as needed.
We are looking for candidates who possess:
  • A strong enthusiasm and proficiency in data analysis and statistical evaluation;
  • Financial insight and relevant credentials;
  • The capability to convey complex data in an understandable manner;
  • Robust stakeholder engagement skills;
  • Exceptional communication and organizational capabilities.
