About the Position:
As a Claims Performance Analyst, you will collaborate with a team to enhance the Claims operations by delivering insightful analysis and evaluations on performance metrics.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Transforming intricate data into clear, actionable reports to inform strategic choices;
- Contributing significantly to transformation projects;
- Serving as the primary contact for all Business Intelligence inquiries and boosting stakeholder understanding;
- Working closely with essential stakeholders to ensure compliance with established processes;
- Recognizing opportunities for enhancement and executing necessary modifications;
- Assisting the Demand and Performance Lead as needed.
- A strong enthusiasm and proficiency in data analysis and statistical evaluation;
- Financial insight and relevant credentials;
- The capability to convey complex data in an understandable manner;
- Robust stakeholder engagement skills;
- Exceptional communication and organizational capabilities.
