Deputy Estates Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Estates Manager to join our team at Royal Russell School in Croydon. As a key member of our Estates Department, you will play a critical role in supporting the Estates Manager and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain our 110-acre campus, including grounds, housekeeping, and caretaking services.
  • Support the Estates Manager in overseeing maintenance, repairs, and capital projects.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve facilities management and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Provide excellent customer service to staff, students, and visitors.
