About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Remediation Site Manager to join our team at Blue Bear Talent. As a Remediation Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing remediation projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with clients and report on project progress to staff and Contracts Manager
  • Supervise site staff and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently
  • Order materials and manage build costs to ensure projects are completed within budget
  • Conduct quality and safety inspections to ensure projects meet the required standards
  • Prepare and submit site reports, designs, and drawings to stakeholders
  • Maintain quality control checks to ensure projects meet the required standards
  • Motivate and lead the workforce to achieve project goals
  • Identify and resolve day-to-day problems and issues that arise during projects
Requirements
  • SMSTS certification
  • Valid driving license
  • First Aid certification
  • Previous remediation experience is essential
  • Experience and comfort in client-facing roles
  • Commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in management systems
  • Basic GPS knowledge
