Site Remediation Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Site Remediation Manager to join our client's growing team in the North West. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing remediation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients and report on project progress to staff and the Contracts Manager
  • Supervise site staff and subcontractors, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to complete tasks efficiently
  • Order materials for each phase of the project, monitoring build costs and project progress
  • Conduct quality and safety inspections, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Prepare and submit site reports, designs, and drawings, maintaining quality control checks
  • Motivate the workforce, promoting a positive and productive work environment
  • Address day-to-day problems and issues that arise, providing solutions and recommendations

Requirements:

  • SMSTS certification
  • Valid driving license
  • First Aid training
  • Previous remediation experience, with a strong understanding of remediation processes and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, staff, and subcontractors
  • Commercial awareness, with the ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
  • Computer literacy, with proficiency in relevant software and systems
  • Knowledge of management systems, including ISO
  • Basic GPS knowledge, with the ability to navigate and manage site locations

About the Role:

This is a permanent opportunity, offering a salaried position with a company car or car allowance. The successful candidate will be required to work away from home, reporting to the North West office when needed.
