Job Title: Branded Medical Supply Chain Planner

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Procurement team as a Branded Medical Supply Chain Planner. Located in our Kent office, you will work closely with our global Procurement team to bring a combination of sales, customer service, and inventory management skills to our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Communicate with clients regarding their hardware and software requirements.
  2. Provide quotes for products that meet clients' needs.
  3. Process orders, including placing orders with vendors and distributors, and sending orders to internal departments for invoicing.
  4. Offer post-order support, such as providing order updates and facilitating returns when necessary.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
  6. Maintain and update our inventory system, periodically auditing hardware inventory.
  7. Place internal re-stock orders and negotiate pricing with suppliers.
  8. Assist with allocating hardware for internal and external projects.
  9. Coordinate with logistics and ITAD companies.
  10. Communicate with internal teams regarding stock shortages and delays.
  11. Occasionally lift packages and related inventory hardware (up to 25KG).
  12. Process incoming shipments and prepare outgoing shipments via courier/shipping/delivery services.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales/customer service experience.
  • 2+ years of procurement/inventory management experience.
  • Understanding of computer hardware, components, and software.
  • Familiarity with working in a professional office environment.
  • International technology support/sales experience a plus.
  • Software licensing experience, e.g. Microsoft 365/Azure sales experience a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Ticketing System (e.g. ConnectWise/ServiceNow) a plus.
  • A great attitude and willingness to learn from and contribute to our Procurement team.
