The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Assistant to join our team. As a Supply Chain and Technical Administrator, you will be responsible for liaising with internal operations, sales teams, and customers to provide an efficient service. This role involves advanced use of MS Office packages, particularly Excel and Word, and requires the ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and improve current procedures in place for Supply Chain and Technical Administration
  • Provide organized and efficient service to internal operations, sales teams, and customers
  • Utilize advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel and Word
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals
Requirements
  • Previous experience in Supply Chain or similar Administration roles
  • Excellent IT skills and ability to learn quickly
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
