Customer Relationships Data Executive

About the Role
We're seeking a skilled Customer Relationships Data Executive to join our team at Grosvenor Casinos. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll play a crucial role in driving impactful marketing campaigns using data-driven insights.
Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with our Head of Customer Relationships and Marketing Business Partners (MBP) to deliver targeted customer data that maximises revenue. You'll be responsible for segmenting customers, extracting data, and creating highly effective direct mail, email, SMS, and personal contact campaigns.
Key responsibilities include monitoring and analysing campaign performance, providing critical insights that shape our marketing efforts. You'll also be responsible for tracking the effectiveness of various marketing objectives, optimising campaign rules, and delivering detailed reports on customer performance and profitability.
As a Customer Relationships Data Executive, you'll have the opportunity to work on exciting project work that will allow you to make a meaningful impact on our business. Your fresh ideas and contributions will be valued.
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a strong understanding of data analysis and marketing principles. You'll also need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas to stakeholders.
Key qualifications include a degree in a relevant field, such as marketing or data analysis, and experience working with data analysis tools and software. You'll also need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
