Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer Lead - Technical Architect to join our team and help shape the future of our software platform.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect the foundation of our software platform, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
  • Lead the development of our backend systems, utilizing primarily TypeScript and Solidity/Rust for rapid development and deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality, secure, and efficient code, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Implement and optimize large-scale systems serving 100,000s of customers, with a focus on fintech experience.
  • Utilize CI/CD, APIs, Security, Collaborative IDEs, and public cloud platforms to ensure seamless deployment and scalability.
  • Design and implement data models, predominantly NoSQL, to support our growing customer base.
  • Troubleshoot and investigate complex issues across systems, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal downtime.
  • Drive automation and define everything via CaC to maintain platform consistency and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience in backend teams, with a strong focus on blockchain development and deployment.
  • Proven experience with Solidity/Rust, TypeScript, and Bitcoin, with audited code and contracts.
  • Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • A passion for Web3 technologies, including NFTs and blockchain.
