IC Resources is seeking a highly skilled Materials Scientist to join our team in the development of innovative optical devices. As a key member of our R&D team, you will be responsible for designing and developing novel GaN devices for optical semiconductor applications.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct structural, electrical, and optical experiments to support the development of GaN devices
- Perform data analysis and contribute to the design of LED device structures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in semiconductor technology
- Ph.D. in a relevant field such as Semiconductor Devices, Physics, or Materials
- Experience with characterization techniques including TEM, AFM, and SIMS
- Strong understanding of GaN technology and its applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
