We are seeking a highly skilled Research Physicist to support the R&D of novel GaN devices for optical semiconductor device applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing structural, electrical, and optical experiments and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development of novel GaN devices for optical semiconductor applications
- Perform structural, electrical, and optical experiments and data analysis
- Characterize semiconductor devices using techniques such as TEM, AFM, and SIMS
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth
- Develop and maintain expertise in GaN technology and characterization techniques
- Ph.D. in a relevant field such as Semiconductor Devices, Physics, or Materials Science
- Strong background in semiconductor physics and device characterization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
