Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to join our team at Telent Technology Services Ltd. As a Training Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of technical training and accreditation programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage new training requests and ensure timely delivery of training materials and information to suppliers.
- Liaise with suppliers and training assessors to coordinate accreditation schedules and ensure compliance with Telent and client requirements.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of training accreditation and supplier information.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, reporting, and other tasks as required.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a technical or training environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
