About the Role

Tesco is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacy Manager to join our team. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of pharmacists and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of pharmacists and support staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Manage the pharmacy's budget and resources to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in pharmacy practice and ensure that the pharmacy is compliant with all relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements
  • Pharmacy degree and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Proven leadership and management experience in a pharmacy setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
