About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Pharmacist Manager to lead our team and drive excellence in community pharmacy services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of pharmacists and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care and services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy performance, patient satisfaction, and staff engagement.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and services.
  • Manage pharmacy operations, including inventory management, supply chain, and quality assurance.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements, industry developments, and best practices in community pharmacy.

Requirements:

  • Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Proven leadership and management experience in a community pharmacy setting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, patient care, and regulatory requirements.
