About the Role

We're seeking a skilled UX Researcher to join our vibrant UX team at Pets at Home. As a UX Researcher, you'll play a crucial role in uncovering user needs and driving the creation of engaging products.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with design and product teams to design and execute user research activities.
  2. Lead discovery research to gain a deep understanding of user needs.
  3. Organize and communicate research findings effectively.
  4. Share user-centered design principles through workshops and other initiatives.
Requirements
  1. 3+ years of UX Research experience with a strong grasp of research methods.
  2. A passion for user-centered design and making research impactful.
  3. Ability to plan workload, collaborate across teams, and lead research projects.
