We're on the hunt for a talented UX Researcher to join our vibrant UX team at Pets at Home. Whether you're looking for a full-time or part-time role, we've got a place for you.

In this exciting position, you'll be working closely with our Product & UX teams to uncover the needs and wants of our users, driving the creation of engaging products that delight our customers. You'll be the go-to expert for all things research, guiding decisions with key insights across every stage of the product journey.

What You'll Be Doing:
  1. Collaborating with design & product teams to run user research activities that bring us closer to our users.
  2. Leading discovery research that digs deep into user needs and preferences.
  3. Keeping research results organized and easy to share with the team.
  4. Spreading the word on user-centered design through workshops, brainstorms, and more.
What We're Looking For:
  1. Someone with 3+ years of UX Research experience and a strong grasp of various research methods.
  2. A passion for user-centered design and making research fun and impactful.
  3. Confident in planning your workload, collaborating across teams, and leading the charge on research projects.
