Compensation Structure

Hourly pay rates are as follows:

  • 16 to 17 years: £7.50
  • 18 to 20 years: £9.97
  • 21 years and older: £11.44
Experience and Qualifications

No prior experience is necessary to join our Food & Beverage Team. Whether you have worked as a Takeaway Assistant, Kitchen Assistant, or in Retail or Restaurant settings, we welcome you. We will provide all the necessary training and support to help you excel in your role.
