About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team on Birch Ward at East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust. As a Senior Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care to our patients and contributing to the development of our nursing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring the needs of our patients are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve seamless patient flow and optimize care outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of nursing policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with Trust objectives.
  • Support and supervise nursing staff, providing coaching and mentoring to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with proven experience in care of the elderly or acute nursing.
