We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Leisure Instructor to join our team at Away Resorts. The ideal candidate must have a Level 2 qualification in fitness instruction and be willing to teach a variety of classes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct fitness classes and group training sessions.
  • Provide personalized fitness plans and guidance to clients.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during sessions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workout environment.
  • Motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a Level 2 qualification in Leisure instruction.
  • A Level 3 Personal Training qualification is highly advantageous and the willingness to utilize it is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of fitness training principles and techniques.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

What you'll be doing:

As a Leisure Instructor, you will be responsible for leading fitness classes and activities at our resort. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our guests have a safe and enjoyable experience.
