Fitness Instructor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Instructor to join our team at Away Resorts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct fitness classes and group training sessions.
• Provide personalized fitness plans and guidance to clients.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during sessions.
• Maintain a clean and organized workout environment.
• Motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals.

Requirements:

• Must have a Level 2 qualification in Leisure instruction.
• A Level 3 Personal Training qualification is highly advantageous and the willingness to utilize it is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of fitness training principles and techniques.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
