We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for leading a team of nursing staff to deliver high-quality care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of nursing staff to ensure the delivery of excellent care standards.
- Support the delivery of improvements and drive quality standards in line with CQC guidelines.
Requirements:
- Qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
- Experience managing a team, ensuring all staff are supervised appropriately and rotas are in place for efficient operations.
- Experience in quality and clinical governance programmes, including audit and care services.
- Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, with an understanding of regulatory frameworks.
- Confident in overseeing all aspects of medicine management in accordance with company policies and current legislation.
