Site Installation Specialist

Fusion Industrial Ltd is seeking a skilled Site Fitter/Steel Erector to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing Architectural Metalwork on construction sites.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Install handrail and balustrade systems, staircases, secondary steel, balconies, walkways, and access products.
  2. Assemble and install prefabricated components from drawings.
  3. Modify existing structures using various fixing systems.
  4. Overcome site issues and ensure the lining and leveling of installed components.
  5. Maintain excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Must be physically fit, as there is a lot of lifting involved in this job position.
  • Ability to use a variety of hand tools.
  • Experience in Architectural Metalwork (e.g., balconies, balustrades, staircases, and structural steelwork).
  • Experience in an assembly environment and building of special purpose equipment or previous work as an assembly fitter.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work away (all costs covered with allowance).
  • CSCS card, IPAF, and PASMA are advantageous.
  • Candidate will be expected to supply basic hand tools; Fusion will supply all specialist and power tools.
