About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor or a Lead Engineer with a strong understanding of Mechanical and Electrical commercial building services maintenance to join our team at Stallion Recruitment Ltd.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Contracts Manager in running a large maintenance site with a team of Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance Engineers
  • Managing a maintenance portfolio of approximately £1.5 million
  • Developing relationships with the Engineering Team and driving up the efficiency of the maintenance division
  • Ensuring the best allocation of resources and taking responsibility for small works projects

Requirements

  • Site Maintenance Management or Contract Supervision experience
  • Strong client-facing skills
  • Building Services Engineering is essential, with either Electrical or Mechanical background
  • Team building and motivating skills
  • Good networking, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities
