More about your role

You will manage and deliver an effective repair works service to internal and external customers covering our national property portfolio area, whilst ensuring that Health and Safety and other legislative requirements are met.

You will supervise the carrying out of works, fault fixing and maintenance duties predominantly through the management of our own trade staff but utilising specialist contractors when necessary whilst confirming agreed timeframes are met and the standard of work is high ensuring all KPI's including high customer satisfaction is achieved.

Do you have experience of leading or managing a team of trade people? Are you looking to join an employer that will offer career progression?

We are looking for you to have an In-depth knowledge of one or more building trade, ideally with Advanced City & Guilds or Level 3 NVQ in a recognised trade or equivalent experience. Experience of contractor management and managing operational/trade people is a must with firm knowledge of best practice health and safety and statutory/legal compliance in the work place

Ideally with experience of working within domestic properties void and occupied with good knowledge of Schedule or Rates and being able to spec works as required.

A full driving license is essential for this role.
