Key Responsibilities- Leading and supervising your shift to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained
- Case managing residents and liaising with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure that care plans are tailored to individual needs
- Administering and recording medication, and carrying out risk assessments to ensure resident safety
- Working alongside care assistants to support residents with daily needs, promoting independence and activity
- Working closely with the leadership team to develop services and improve resident experience
- Providing a fun, inclusive, and professional approach at all times
- NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to lead and supervise others, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of care planning processes and ability to allocate and delegate work effectively
- Experience in administering medication or willingness to undertake training
- Above all, a natural ability to help make the lives of others more fulfilling
