About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Night Care Leader to join our team at Monkscroft Care Centre in Cheltenham. As a Night Care Leader, you will be responsible for leading a small team of carers to deliver high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of carers to deliver care to residents
  • Ensure the safety and security of residents and the care home
  • Review and implement care plans to meet individual resident needs
  • Manage the time and workload of the care team
  • Provide support and guidance to carers to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality care

About You

We are looking for an experienced carer with a passion for delivering high-quality care. You will have a strong understanding of care principles and be able to lead a team to deliver care that meets the needs of our residents.
