About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Night Care Leader to join our team at Monkscroft Care Centre in Cheltenham. As a Night Care Leader, you will be responsible for leading a small team of carers and ensuring the safety and security of our residents and the home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of carers to deliver high-quality care to our residents
  • Ensure the safety and security of our residents and the home
  • Review and implement care plans to meet the needs of our residents
  • Manage the time of both yourself and your team effectively to support the wellbeing of our residents

About You

We are looking for an experienced carer with a passion for delivering high-quality care. You will have a NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care or be willing to study for it. You will also be a positive role model with excellent communication skills and a natural ability to get along with others.

Monkscroft Care Centre is an 80 bed Care Home situated in Cheltenham. We offer Dementia, Nursing, residential and Respite care in a comfortable, homely setting. We are rated 9.9 by Carehome.co.uk and Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission.
