About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Housekeeping Coordinator to join our team at Montcalm Royal London House. As a key member of our Housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service delivery to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Housekeeping department, including preparing and printing room attendant lists and housekeeping supervisor lists.
  • Ensure accurate information is provided to guests on call, including daily events and facilities updates.
  • Prepare and print reports, including preference forecasts, no shows, and late departures.
  • Address guest service needs in a professional and timely manner.
  • Update guest profiles, including emails, addresses, and phone numbers.
  • Maintain effective communication with supervisors, porters, and other departments.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a basic knowledge of Opera. You must also be authorized to live and work in the UK, as visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
