Senior Paralegal Residential Conveyancing Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Paralegal to join our Residential Conveyancing team on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take initial instructions from clients and open files through our Office Management System.
  • Deal with client cases under supervision, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
  • Liaise with clients, agents, and third parties to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Record time spent on work undertaken and adhere to Quality and Work Management Systems.
  • Report to and receive instructions from the head of department, contributing to team goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a busy Residential Conveyancing department.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to support colleagues.
  • Familiarity with Lexcel accreditation, including file reviews and case management procedures.
