We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team at Centre People Appointments. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing sales orders and queries, administering sales-related tasks, and building strong relationships with customer accounts.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Process sales orders and queries for UK and European distributors, including invoicing and arranging shipments.
  • Administer sales-related tasks, including organizing folders, files, and updating the database.
  • Build and maintain sustainable relationships with customer accounts.
  • Identify and assess customer needs, providing solutions and alternatives as needed.
  • Handle customer queries, provide support, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, production, and warehouse departments to ensure information is organized and distributed effectively.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of corporate experience in an office environment.
  • Sales coordination or sales administration experience is advantageous.
  • Business-level fluency in English.
  • Highly literate in computers, with knowledge of Microsoft applications, Excel, and CRM systems.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
