We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Events Producer to join our team at DesignScene. As a key member of our global operations, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding, commercially successful projects for our clients worldwide.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' agency experience as a producer with 2 years at a senior level. You will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, leading client communication, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and close projects from initial brief to execution on-site or online, including post-event reporting and analytics.
  • Lead client communication to maintain, develop, and grow existing client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, freelancers, and external vendors to deliver projects to the highest standards.
  • Support the leadership team with business requirements and contribute to the growth and development of the team.
Requirements
  • Exceptional communication skills with clients, internal teams, and suppliers.
  • Proven client management and the ability to grow accounts organically.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to identify and manage risk.
  • Competent use of Apple OS, Google G-Suite, Microsoft Office, and Apple Keynote.
