Job Summary:

Expleo Engineering UK Limited is seeking a skilled Connected Car Engineer to support our global automotive client in Bedfordshire. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative road vehicles equipped with cutting-edge technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and test connected car systems, including vehicle body electronics, navigation, and telematics systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement connected car solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with automotive industry standards and regulations.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline.
  • Experience in automotive electrical and electronic development, particularly in vehicle body electronics, navigation, or telematics systems.
  • Excellent understanding of connected car systems, including on-board and off-board components.
  • Proven experience in telematics system development and test execution using various tools.
  • A valid UK/European driving license and ability to travel abroad, sometimes at short notice.
