About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team at Prestige Nursing & Care. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing complex care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centered care and support to clients with complex needs, including those with learning disabilities and autism.
  • Assist clients with building confidence and independence, supporting them with daily tasks and routines.
  • Support clients with accessing the community, including shopping and social activities.
  • Work collaboratively with external healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements
