The services we offer are tailored to our clients' needs, with skilled engineers and a dedicated range of departments covering all disciplines in the industry.

We are seeking an experienced surveyor to inspect fire doors and compartmentation within residential and commercial properties. You will be predominantly site-based within our Central London office, covering multiple addresses within the working day across London.

**Key Responsibilities**
  1. Identify points for correction on fire door and compartmentation.
  2. Write advisory actions for joiners to fire stoppers to carry out.
  3. Manage appointments alongside your team of project coordinators.
  4. Provide technical advice for the project delivery team.
  5. Post-work inspections and sign-offs.
**Requirements**
  1. Good technical knowledge of fire doors and compartmentation/fire stopping.
  2. Experience surveying both fire doors and fire stopping.
  3. NVQ or equivalent in carpentry or FDIS or equivalent in fire doors.
  4. 5 years' experience minimum within the fire door industry.
  5. Previous experience in maintenance and building environments, ideally within commercial or residential sectors.
  6. A HSE understanding.

**Salary:** £44k - £52k per annum

**Working Hours:** 8:00 – 17:00 with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break, Monday to Friday
