Fire Risk Assessor Job Description

Construkt RS is seeking a highly skilled Fire Risk Assessor to join their team. As a Fire Risk Assessor, you will be responsible for conducting fire risk assessments on a wide range of client buildings to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct thorough fire risk assessments to identify potential fire hazards and recommend mitigation measures.
  2. Use industry-leading software to record and manage fire risk assessment data.
  3. Collaborate with clients to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  4. Manage your time and travel efficiently to meet work commitments.
Requirements:
  1. Level 3 fire safety qualification or equivalent.
  2. Ability to use a smartphone application.
  3. Basic IT literacy skills.
  4. Good written English skills for report writing.
  5. Smart and presentable appearance.
  6. Full British driving license.
Desirable Requirements:
  1. Third-party accreditation with industry-recognized bodies.
  2. Fire door inspection qualification.
